Kathryn V. Crivello has been practicing law in California since 2005.  She has experience litigating employment law cases representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Prior to joining Holben & Associates, Mrs. Crivello practiced with two other prominent employment law firms in San Diego.  She has represented employers and employees in claims relating to discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour disputes.  Mrs. Crivello has also conducted extensive harassment prevention training for employers, given seminars on employment related issues, and drafted policy and procedure manuals for large employers in both the public and private sectors.

Mrs. Crivello is also a licensed attorney in New York, where she practiced for two years with a well-established personal injury and medical malpractice firm.  She litigated in both State and Federal Court for the Southern District of New York. 

Prior to her legal career, Mrs. Crivello worked for the New York State Office of Court Administration where she spearheaded The New York Criminal History Reconciliation Project. 

Mrs. Crivello received her undergraduate degrees in Nutrition and Biochemistry from the University of Rhode Island, where she graduated with high honors.

In her leisure time, Mrs. Crivello can be found hiking and swimming with her husband and three children.  Additionally, she enjoys reading, traveling, and has been an extremely active volunteer in the San Diego Community for over a decade.
