William Pascoe has been practicing law since 1988. Mr. Pascoe tried 22 jury trials (19 to verdict) as a prosecutor with the Office of the Ventura County District Attorney, before leaving to be closer to his loved ones in San Diego. Since 1989, he has maintained a professional presence in San Diego, where he continues to live and work.

Since leaving criminal prosecution, Mr. Pascoe has continued to practice law in the courtroom, representing individuals in both criminal and civil matters. His experience spans high profile criminal matters, class actions for wage and hour violations, personal injury, and employment matters. The employment cases which Mr. Pascoe has tried to verdict include wage and hour violations, sexual harassment and retaliation, and cases for indemnity and personal injury.

Mr. Pascoe is admitted to all of the courts of the State of California and to the Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of the United States District Court, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to state court civil trials, Mr. Pascoe has tried maritime and civil actions in Federal Court, and he has served as class counsel in class actions in Federal Court.

Mr. Pascoe's clients know him as a perseverant, dedicated, and loyal advocate who never stops fighting for them. Having the experience of over 50 jury trials, Mr. Pascoe can quickly develop an understanding of the jury members and their individual predilections. Mr. Pascoe's calm, but aggressive approach puts jurors at ease, while effectively making his client's factual and legal points.

In his free time, Mr. Pascoe enjoys spending time with friends and family, including his three grown children. Mr. Pascoe has been an active and highly experienced tactician in small sailboat racing, which has allowed him to travel throughout North America and Europe for various regattas. In addition, Mr. Pascoe enjoys traveling, cycling, and playing softball with the Scripps Ranch Old Pros.
