Tara Lusher

Tara earned a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, cum laude, with an honors concentration in business law & practice. With 14 years of experience in civil litigation, personal injury, employment law, and maritime injuries, Tara has developed a profound understanding of the legal landscape and an unwavering commitment to her clients.

Tara began her legal career simultaneously at The Law Office of Tara Lusher and as general counsel for a corporation where she honed her skills in wide range of legal disciplines from transactional to litigation covering breach of contract to civil litigation and everything in between. Throughout her career, she has represented a diverse clientele, providing tailored legal solutions and ensuring that each client's voice is heard and valued.

Her approach to law is characterized by meticulous preparation, strategic thinking, and compassionate and in depth client interaction. Tara believes in empowering her clients through education and transparency, ensuring they fully understand their legal options and feel intimately involved in the process. Tara is an active member of the California Bar, where she continuously engages in professional development and contributes to the legal community.

Outside of her legal practice, Tara enjoys hot yoga, roller skating, mountain biking, rock climbing, backpacking and camping, which contributes to her holistic approach to life and law. Tara cites to her small but growing family is her greatest love in life and is expecting her third grand child in early 2026. She resides in North County San Diego, where she is dedicated to making a positive impact both in her professional and personal spheres.
