M. Viviana Oropeza

M. Viviana Oropeza is a California attorney practicing civil litigation, with an emphasis on business and employment law. She represents employers, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking to enforce their employment rights throughout California.

Ms. Oropeza earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, San Bernardino; a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Redlands; and her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Oropeza worked as an investment advisor, developing substantial expertise in finance, business strategy, and risk management. This background enables her to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions informed by real-world experience.

Ms. Oropeza is admitted to practice law in the State of California and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

She is actively engaged in the San Diego Hispanic business community, having volunteered with the San Diego County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Latina Business Women’s Association of San Diego.

Ms. Oropeza is also committed to mentorship and leadership development. She has mentored female entrepreneurs internationally through the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative, nationally through Seed Spot, and locally through the San Diego Dream Bigger Foundation.
