Biography
Karen S. Spicker joined the California State Bar in 1987 and the Arizona State Bar in 1995. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Pepperdine University, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier College School of Law.
Litigation Experience
Ms. Spicker is a highly seasoned litigator with over 30 years of experience, having tried both jury and bench trials. She started out practicing criminal law, before transitioning into insurance litigation. Thereafter, she began practicing both business litigation and family law. She would go on to become a consumer protection attorney before joining our firm.
Miscellaneous Experience
Ms. Spicker has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Diego Superior Court.
She has served on the ethics committee for the National Association of Consumer Attorneys.
She has lectured on various state and federal consumer statutes and bankruptcy code violations.
